REQUIREMENTS OF ALL STAFF:
-Must have a deep and personal relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ.
-Love working with children and youth
-Lots of energy is a must!
IMPORTANT DATES:
-June 2 - Open house/Fun Fest
-June 4-8 - Staff Orientation
-June 10 - First day of camp
-June 30-July 7 - No Camp Scheduled (May be asked to take this week off if no programming is scheduled. If off, you have option to stay at camp)
-August 17 - Last day of camp
-August 18-19 - Camp clean up, pack up & departure
*All positions are a full summer commitment except LIT's who serve by availability or by half summers

POSITION DESCRIPTIONS/REQUIREMENTS
CABIN LEADERS (CL’s)
1. Minimum Age: 18yrs or older
2. Ministry Summary: Cabin Leaders are directly responsible for care and supervision of 7 to 8 ranchers. CL’s are not baby sitters but spiritual leaders/mentors who conduct daily devotionals and small group Bible studies, and lead/participate in program activities, and strive to consistently live as a role model and example for other staff and ranchers. CL’s must be sold out to the Lord Jesus Christ, desiring to be pleasing to Him in action, word, and thought, and must have a meaningful devotional life.
3. Salary: $200.00 per week (may vary by experience)
LEADERS IN TRAINING (Assistant Cabin Leader)
1. Minimum Age: 16yrs and older
2. Ministry Summary: This position is very diverse and will require a person willing to assist and show leadership in any and all areas of camp programming and functions. This staff member will be mainly involved with “behind the scenes” preparations for camp activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Kitchen set up and clean up, operating camp store, weekly preparation and set up of many camp games and events, cleaning (town hall, pavilion, bathrooms, etc.), assist with offsite trip prep and barn and day camp duties, supervision of campers and ultimately demonstrating leadership potential, as a positive, responsible and spiritually solid example for campers and staff.
3. Salary: $100 per week (may vary by experience)
MULTI-MEDIA / TECH COORDINATOR
1. Minimum Age: 15yrs and older
2. Ministry Summary: Responsible for all multi-media operations including video and photography throughout each week of camp. Use audio/video editing equipment to create a 10min video/slideshow for each week of camp. Also assist in the creation of promotional videos and presentations for marketing, assist with setup/maintenance of tech equipment. Other responsibilities may include assisting with misc. jobs not necessarily related to position area. Qualifications: Ability to operate various forms of photo and video equipment. Experience with audio/video editing programs. Flexible individual who enjoys children and an ever changing work environment.
3. Salary: Depends on experience...the more responsibilities you have the more you make!
