IMPORTANT!!!  Please Read if 18yrs or older...

Since volunteers often work with or around our campers, PA state law requires that we obtain a child abuse history clearance from all volunteers 18 or older.

Background Check Guidelines

-MUST SEND A COPY OF THIS CLEARANCE PRIOR FIRST DAY AT CAMP.
-CLEARANCE CAN TAKE A FEW WEEKS SO BEGIN THIS PROCESS ASAP.
-CLEARANCE CAN BE NO MORE THAN ONE (1)YR OLD FROM DATE YOU START

 

PA RESIDENTS ONLY: (non-residents see below)

PA Child Abuse History Clearance & Instruction Notes:
*Click link below, Print out all pages, Follow instructions at top of form, Fill out personal info.
*Check the box "Child Care" for "Purpose of Clearance" DO NOT CHECK "VOLUNTEER"
*Complete form and send in both pages with $10 money order.

Non-Residents must contact their state's dept. of public welfare (name of dept. may vary by state) and complete your state's child abuse history clearance.
